I write fiction and nonfiction. My work has appeared in Cutleaf, Noyo River Review, Oracle Fine Arts Review, West Branch Wired, California Northern, Fourteen Hills and elsewhere. I am the co-founder and publicity director of Play On Words, San Jose's collaborative literary performance series, and a 2021-2023 Lighthouse Book Projecteer.
I’ve earned scholarships to the Mendocino Coast Writers Conference, the Tomales Bay Writers Workshops and the Bread Loaf Writers Conference. I have an MA in creative writing from UC Davis.
My daughter is my editor and my son is my creative consultant. Or they will be, when they can read.
